Join me for an evening of self-reflection and creative goal setting at Doodles and Daydreams, my visionboarding workshop. This in-person event will take place on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at Village & Co., 29 High Street, Wheathampstead, AL4 8BB. Get ready to unleash your creativity and let your subconsious take the lead!

This a great opportunity to focus entirely on you and what you want in your life and you'll walk away with a beautiful visionboard, to inspire, motivate and energise you, to consciously and subconsciously work towards your goals.

You will:

• Learn how to tap into your subconscious to get what you want

• Set your goals in a fun, creative and inspiring way

• Connect with other like-minded people

The foundation of manifestation and the law of attraction, I take an approach rooted in neuroscience to focus you on taking action and moving forwards. I'll provide all the necessary materials, so all you need to bring is your imagination but do bring some favourite magazines along for inspiration. Grab some scissors, glue and let your creativity flow!
