I loved my HR career and the people I worked with.  I was the trusted companion of managers and business leaders with a passion for helping them to learn, grow and thrive. As I made my own progress, I partnered with a coach and reconnected with my innate skills, what drives me and made purposeful steps that allowed me to perform at my best.

I went back to work after my first baby, and found the job unrecognisable.  And I was different too, with new priorities and shaking confidence. I felt I’d lost control and I’d definitely lost my glow.  Coaching helped me put things back into perspective and I started to see new possibilities.

In 2018, after my second baby, I took redundancy and started my own HR practice and trained as a coach.  Now I get to wallow in the joy of seeing those I work with consider their own possibilities, find their own purpose, and take action that transforms their lives.

Are you ready to take back control?

Taking back control

Katherine or Kat?

My family and school friends call me Katherine - formal, dependable, safe, conscientious. Everyone else calls me Kat - informal, friendly, relatable, fun. You can choose what you call me - you’ll get the same me.

I live in the leafy suburb of Harpenden with my husband and our two gorgeous girls. It’s a lovely place to live, but I really miss the creative buzz of London so I nip back as much as possible.

I love laughing, talking, singing, making things look pretty, and I lose hours scrolling through hair and makeup tutorials. I also love 90's and 00's music - well, actually anything nostalgic from that time.

I am at my very happiest in a room filled with people. My biggest challenge is trying to get around the room.
